Sports Injury Treatment & Rehabilitation
Rehabilitation for ACL, meniscus, ankle sprains and muscle tears — with objective return-to-sport testing before you play again.
About this service
Returning to sport too early is the single biggest cause of re-injury. Sports rehabilitation does not just treat the injury: it rebuilds strength and control to near-parity with the uninjured side, and tests your ability to run and change direction before you go back.

How treatment works
- 1
Functional assessment
Not just the injured site — we measure strength, balance and side-to-side difference, and identify why the injury happened so it does not repeat.
- 2
Pain and swelling control
The first phase reduces inflammation and restores range of motion without losing general fitness.
- 3
Rebuilding strength
Progressive strength and neuromuscular control work, building up to drills that mimic your specific sport.
- 4
Return-to-sport testing
We do not clear you by guesswork. Standardised strength, hop and balance tests have to reach a set threshold against your uninjured side.
Frequently asked questions
When can I play again after an ACL injury?
ACL rehabilitation averages 6 to 9 months. Clearance is decided by strength and balance testing, not by the calendar alone.
Do I need surgery or just rehab?
Many injuries — ankle sprains, muscle tears, some meniscus injuries — improve with rehabilitation alone. We assess and tell you honestly, and refer you to a surgeon if the case needs one.
Can I train during rehabilitation?
Usually yes, in modified form. We maintain your fitness and the rest of your body while treating the injured part.
